Carving
Roasted or grilled beef tenderloin, carved at the table; served with fresh rolls, horseradish sauce and mustard.  Roasted turkey breast, grilled pork tenderloin and grilled flank steak may be added or substituted.
 
Beef Tenderloin Saute
Thinly sliced beef tenderloin sautéed in herbed butter; offered with fresh rolls.
 
Miniature Cheeseburger
Bite size hamburgers grilled at the table; topped with sliced American cheese.  Served on potato rolls.  Offered with dill pickle chips, sliced Roma tomato, mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
 
Shrimp and Grits
Large shrimp sautéed in butter and garlic, seasoned with kosher salt and coarse pepper.  May include diced tomato, green onion, and bacon.  Offered with cheddar cheese grits.
 
New Orleans Barbecued Shrimp
Large shrimp sautéed in butter and garlic, finished with a New Orleans style barbecue sauce and a touch of cream.  Offered with Jasmine rice.
 
Crab Cakes
Bite sized crab cakes grilled at the table. Served with Bremner Wafers, Cocktail Sauce and Caper Remoulade.
 
Soft Shell Crabs
Legless soft shell crabs dipped in seafood flour and deep-fried.  Served with Sweet chili sauce and Cream Dijon.
 
Fried Oysters
Select oysters dipped in seafood flour and deep-fried; served with your choice of cocktail, tartar, and cucumber dill sauces.  Offered with Ritz crackers.
 
Penne Alfredo
Penne pasta tossed in a light Alfredo sauce with sautéed mushrooms, ground Smithfield Ham, green onion and Parmesan cheese.

Yukon Gold Mashed, Roasted New, Fire Roasted Sweet Potatoes offered with green onion, crumbled bacon, sauteed mushrooms, cheddar cheese, demi-glaze (poultry or beef).
 
Fajitas
Strips of flank steak and/or chicken breast seasoned with authentic spices and seared with onions and colored peppers.  Served with warm flour tortillas, salsa, guacamole, diced tomato, shredded lettuce, and blended cheeses

A combination of any of the following or, individually, as a part of a Cocktail Buffet.
 
Spring Rolls
Vietnamese-style spring rolls, fresh or fried, offered wtih traditional dipping sauces.
 
Noodle Boxes
Sesame noodles with vegetables served in Chinese "to-go" boxes with chopsticks.  Garnished with Chili threads and wasabi sesame seeds.
 
California Rolls
Traditonal Japanese-style rolls with a variety of fillings and toppings.  Offered with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
 
Spicy Tangy Dumplings
Pork filled dumplings sautéed in a spicy tangy sauce.
 
Chicken Lettuce Cups
Minced chicken, water chestnuts, garlic and oriental spices sautéed and served with crisp lettuce leaves.
 
Peking Duck Buns
Sliced Peking Duck served with Plum sauce, green onion, and steamed buns.
